Embark on a journey through time with the HerStory Club at the Northeast Georgia History Center, designed exclusively for young minds aged 8-12. This club delves into the rich tapestry of American History through engaging historical fiction chapter books where young girls and women are the main characters. Each session offers a unique opportunity to engage with our shared heritage by exploring the lives, adventures, and lessons learned by characters navigating the challenges of their times. Our young readers will not only enjoy the thrill of a good story but also unravel the historical threads that weave together the world we live in today. Through lively discussions, interactive activities, and a nurturing community, the HerStory Club aims to foster a love for reading, an appreciation for history, and a platform for young voices to share, learn, and grow. Join us in igniting a lifelong passion for learning.
